2. The service

Buyer Pro connects suppliers and buyers. Businesses can register for free and publish details about themselves. Information on the site is provided by the businesses themselves. We do not verify it and are not a party to any deal between users.

3. Registration

Whoever registers confirms they are authorised to represent the business and that the details are accurate. Every business can edit or delete its listing at any time.

4. Your content

By submitting details you allow us to display them on the site according to the settings you chose. Contact details are shown only to registered users, and only if you chose to show them.

5. Prohibited use

You may not: copy or automatically harvest the directory; send listed businesses advertising contrary to applicable law, including Israel's anti-spam law and similar laws in other countries; submit false information or list a business without authority; harm the site or other users.

6. Liability

The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage arising from information submitted by other users or from dealings between users.

7. Removal and blocking

We may remove a listing or block a user who breaches these terms. To request removal or report wrong information, write to us.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. The courts of [city] have exclusive jurisdiction.

9. Changes

We may update these terms. A new version will be posted on this page with its date.
